Extreme TL;DR summary

Solved all the problems in philosophy. Twice. In mutually exclusive manners. Nuff said.

Believed proper analytical linguistic analysis can dissolve most (all?) of philosophy’s long standing problems, and that a strict separation between the analytical and the mystical creates clarity and avoids many of the pitfalls of human thought.

His thought and contributions can’t really be encapsulated into a TL;DR summary, any more than human language can.

If he were in the modern software business

The most intense person you ever met. For sure on some sort of neurodivergent spectrum, though that spectrum may be between alien and human.

Constantly insists your code design is creating half the problems you’re trying to solve.

One day you leave your workstation unlocked. When you return there’s a PR under your user that cuts 70% of your code. To your astonishment the CI tests pass, the performance improve tenfold, and that black hole of a class you couldn’t make heads or tails of is now readable and clear.
